Our design and build teams undertook a comprehensive gut remodel of the kitchen, living room, and mudroom, along with a thoughtful addition of a dining room and upper and lower screened-in porches with decks (not pictured). We also fully furnished the kitchen, dining, and living areas to create a cohesive and inviting space.

This young family came to us after purchasing their home with a desire for a larger kitchen and an open floor plan to accommodate their growing family. By removing the wall between the kitchen and living room and expanding the dining room into the former screened-in porch, we significantly increased the kitchen’s size.

Notable features include double dishwashers, maintenance-free countertops, and a convenient drop zone—all tailored to meet the demands of a busy family. The outdoor additions were also crucial, providing them with enjoyable spaces for relaxation and entertaining.

Now, this lovely family can create beautiful memories in their home for years to come!
